More than ten years as a prosecutor
Before founding Zane Reid Law, Zane spent over ten years at the District Attorney's office handling the full spectrum of criminal cases. His work ranged from criminal trespass, assault, driving while intoxicated, animal cruelty, and drug possession to domestic violence, aggravated assault, sex offenses, and murder.
He was promoted repeatedly and consistently selected for new responsibilities, a reflection of both his performance and the trust of office leadership. Zane helped establish and lead specialized units focused on domestic violence and organized crime. He also spent several years in the intake division, reviewing thousands of cases and working closely with detectives and law enforcement.
“I spent more than ten years deciding which cases moved forward. I saw how much depends on having someone who knows exactly where to push back. Now I get to be that person for the people who need it most."
— Zane Reid, Attorney at Law
